1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SASSYFOLIO ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to use SASSYFOLIO. Notify us immediately at support@sassyfolio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content, your ownership
You retain full ownership of everything you publish on SASSYFOLIO. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, display, and back up your content solely to run the Service. We never sell your content and we never use it to train third-party AI models.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SASSYFOLIO to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or designed to deceive. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
5. Plans, payment, and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of your billing period. If you cancel within 7 days of an upgrade, email us for a full refund.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available 24/7 but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, outages, and force-majeure events may temporarily affect availability.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after reasonable notice, except in cases of abuse or legal risk where immediate action is required.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SASSYFOLIO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify active accounts at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
