What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and profile fields you provide.
- Portfolio content: the projects, links, and copy you publish.
- Usage data: aggregate analytics (page views, devices, referrers) — cookie-light, never sold.
- Billing data: handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We never see your full card number.
How we use it
We use your data only to operate, secure, and improve the Service: authenticating you, rendering your portfolio, showing you visitor analytics, and sending you transactional email (receipts, security alerts). We do not sell your data, ever.
Cookies and tracking
We use a minimum number of first-party cookies for session management. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar by default. You can opt out of optional analytics from your account settings.
Data location and security
Data is stored in encrypted databases inside the EU and US. Access is restricted by strict row-level security policies and audited regularly. Sensitive credentials (like payment gateway secrets) are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Your rights
You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your data at any time from your account settings — no support ticket required. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR. Email privacy@sassyfolio.com to exercise any of them.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, transactional email, payment processing). A full, current list is available on request and we notify customers of material changes.
Children
SASSYFOLIO is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone in this age group.
Changes to this policy
We'll notify active accounts at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
