Delivery & Shipping Policy

SASSYFOLIO is a 100% digital, software-as-a-service product. We do not ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges, customs duties, or courier handoffs involved in any purchase made on this site.

1. Service Activation

Subscription plans and one-time add-ons are activated instantly on successful payment confirmation from our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or SSLCommerz). The new entitlements appear in your dashboard within 60 seconds in the vast majority of cases.

2. Receipts & Invoices

A tax invoice is emailed to the billing email on file immediately after a successful charge, and is also available under Dashboard → Billing → Invoices. Bangladesh customers receive a Mushak-6.3 compliant invoice where applicable.

3. Delays & Failed Activations

If a payment is captured but service is not activated within 10 minutes, please contact billing@sassyfolio.com with the transaction reference. We will resolve the issue or refund in full, per our refund policy.

4. Geographic Availability

Service is available worldwide except in jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions. Local payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz) are available to customers billing in Bangladesh; Stripe and PayPal are available globally.
